Entrepreneurship Orientation and Performance of Green Economy SMEs during COVID-19 Pandemic: The Mediating of Strategic Agility

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on company performance through strategic agility. research uses SEM analysis method with WarpPLS software. The sample this consisted 204 actors and decision-makers green economy SMEs in Malang areas. unit is SME business players flower, fruit, ornamental plants. field chosen because it environmentally friendly, waste has minimal risk environmental damage, at same time healthy for environment people, employees, consumers. Data collection collected by distributing questionnaires directly or via a Google Form. proves that direct positive improving performance. proven positively affects both agility, so can be concluded agility partially mediate application agility/agility improve enrich management theory context Strategic Agility economy. SMEs’ owners managers their increasing strengthening
